Bustin Eyes Fishing Reports

Fished north of Pierre Friday to Sunday. Picked up six walleyes Friday, and limited both Saturday and Sunday. We caught fish in all depths including pulling plugs 40 feet down in 60 feet of water for some suspended walleys. Had a little better luck with the live bait this trip. Fish are very healthy.
Fished a small lake in the Glacial Lakes area this morning. Enterting the report under Waubay because the lake is not registered with SDO or the TON. We were on the water by 8 and off by 1130. Picked up our two man limit of walleyes ranging from 16 to 22 inches pulling plugs along the weedlines.
Fished with the crew from Dakota Wild Outdoors Television 30th of June and the1st of July. Fished Swan, Kampeska, Pickeral, and Caseys. Picked up a few nice walleyes along with a nice batch of northerns on Swan before the wind pushed us off. We headed to Pickeral after Swan and picked up some walleyes, but they were all just short of the 15 inch slot. Spent some time hiding from the wind casting shorelines and docks catching smallmouth and a few more northerns. The second day was as windy as the first, fished Caseys and Kampeska. Biggest walleye of the trip was just short of 24 inches (C&R). Biggest northern was about ten pounds.
Out on Albert Sunday afternoon. Picked up a three man limit of 14 to 16 inch walleyes pullin plugs.
Out on Bitter from 4 to around 8 tonight.  Caught our eight fish throwing plugs. Fish were from 17 to 21 inches. Caught and released one walleye that was just shy of 25 inches.
