Bitter Lake - Monday, January 3, 2011
Went out and fished Bitter Lake for three consecutive days and the perch fishing was great, we're only expecting it to get better. There were a few walleyes scattered throughout the morning which kept it even more exciting.
Lake Francis Case, Missouri River - Thursday, October 14, 2010
Fished three days on Case last week. Limited on walleyes all three days. Fished one day in the fast water, and two days on the flats along the trees. Had good luck with plugs and live bait. All the fish were 15-18 inches.
Waubay Lake - Wednesday, September 15, 2010
Fished Waubay Lake thursday Sept. 9th. Got our limit pulling plugs in 11 to 14 fow.
Big Stone Lake - Monday, September 6, 2010
Fished Big Stone Saturday Sept. 4 and Monday Sept. 6. Saturday, caught a two man limit of 50 perch, fish looked great, only kept two fish under ten inches. Weather was perfect for perch fishing. Went back Monday morning, fishing was tough, rained on and off and we only picked up about fifteen. Rained out by 11:00.
Lake Oahe, Missouri River - Monday, August 9, 2010
Fished north of Pierre Friday to Sunday. Picked up six walleyes Friday, and limited both Saturday and Sunday. We caught fish in all depths including pulling plugs 40 feet down in 60 feet of water for some suspended walleys. Had a little better luck with the live bait this trip. Fish are very healthy.
